What are the return conditions?
At Novira, you can return your order within 14 days if you're not satisfied. This is simply part of our policy and goes without saying. You can find our full return policy HERE.
I would like to exchange/return my order. How do I do this?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@novira.uk. Please include your name, your order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. You can then return the product to us using a shipping service of your choice.
How much does a return cost? The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the chosen shipping provider. Please check the respective shipping provider's website for prices.
What are the conditions for returning my products?
You always have a 14-day return period. The return period begins on the day you receive the product. However, the following conditions apply to returns:

Can I cancel my order?
Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Please email us as soon as possible at hello@novira.uk . Please include your name, your order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for cancellation.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?
In very rare cases, due to high demand, delivery may be slightly delayed. If this happens, we ask for your understanding and assure you that we will ship your package as quickly as possible. If the specified deadline has already passed and you haven't received anything yet, please send us an email to hello@novira.uk . We will then check the status of your package. Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Asia. We work exclusively with select production partners who share our values of quality, craftsmanship, and fair working conditions. Each supplier is carefully vetted to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and offer fair value. From the fabric selection process to the final stitching, we monitor every step to create products that are not only beautiful but also responsibly crafted.
What if I didn't receive an order confirmation by email?
